Description:  
RCP Development and Faison Development, in partnership, purchased the headquarters building of the American Road and Transportation Builders Association at 1010 Massachusetts Avenue and a vacant 7,333 sq. ft. parcel immediately South of the building, which they demolished to build a 14-story, 163 condominium building with three levels of underground parking. Tenants moved out of the ARTBA building at the end of July 2005 and construction commenced in September 2005.
