Description:  
Currently Ft. Lincoln New Town Corp. and Trammell Crow are in the process of finalizing the shopping center layout, and are in discussions with multiple potential big box anchor tenants. Plans call for a 430,000 sq. ft. destination retail center to be located on New York Avenue at South Dakota Avenue on the southern edge of Ft. Lincoln New Town, a 362-acre mixed-use development. Tenants may include Costco, Target, Shoppers Food Warehouse, Staples, etc. Plans call for approximately 2,500 parking spaces. The center will also include smaller shops and "sit-down" restaurants.
