The Washington, DC Economic Partnership is pleased to announce the recipients of the 2010 Small Business Awards, the annual small business award program on behalf of the District. The goal of this initiative is to encourage entrepreneurship and the District's commitment to the growth of existing DC-based small businesses.
The 2010 Award Winners - listed with categories – are:- DigiDoc, Inc. – Small Business of the Year
- Adam A. Weschler & Son – 100 Year Old DC Business of the Year
- DC Bar Pro Bono Program – Small Business Initiative of the Year
The 2010 winners will be honored by government officials, business executives and business service providers at the awards ceremony, which will take place on July 28th at the historic Willard Hotel. To register, please click here.
Celebrating Entrepreneurship
The Washington, DC Economic Partnership will also announce the winner of the Washington, DC Economic Partnership $100,000 Business Plan Competition, developed to foster and support entrepreneurship.
The three finalists competing for a $100,000 prize and $10,000 worth of legal consultation are:- Envirelation, LLC
