 | Kelley Taft Director, Strategic Partnerships – Washington, DC Economic Partnership
Kelley Taft joined the Washington, DC Economic Partnership in April 2007. As Director of Strategic Partnerships, she is responsible for cultivating relationships with corporate and foundation partners, as well as marketing the organization and partnership opportunities to the DC business | community. Kelley brings with her over 9 years of non-profit management experience within marketing, fundraising, and membership development. Previously, she held the position of Director of Marketing & Membership from 2000-2007 with the Greater Washington Board of Trade where she was responsible for membership recruitment, retention, marketing strategy, and new member programs and services. She began her career as the Membership Director at the Arlington Chamber of Commerce after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Roanoke College (Salem, VA).
Kelley is a past board member of My Sister’s Place, a domestic violence shelter for women and their children, and an active volunteer with Workforce Organizations for Regional Collaboration (WORC). She is a member of Urban Land Institute and Commercial Real Estate Woman (CREW) DC.
